6. Payment & Billing
All services must be paid for in advance. By purchasing a plan, you authorize recurring billing unless canceled.

- Failed or overdue payments may result in service suspension
- Chargebacks are grounds for immediate account termination
- Refunds are provided only as explicitly stated in our Refund Policy
7. Refund Policy
- General Services: Refunds for hosting and other services are available within 7 days of purchase.
- Web Design Services: Refunds are subject to a 30-day review period, with approval typically taking 14 days.
- No Refunds: Any violation of our Terms & Conditions will void refund eligibility.

8. Domain Registration & Renewals
Domain availability is not guaranteed until successfully registered. Customers are responsible for renewing their domains before expiration. Hero Hosters is not liable for domain loss due to non-renewal or outdated account information.
9. Backups & Data Responsibility
We may provide backup tools or automated backups depending on your plan, but you are ultimately responsible for maintaining your own backups. We do not guarantee recovery of lost data and are not liable for data loss due to system failure, human error, or security incidents.
10. Support & Maintenance
Support is provided through the channels listed on our website. We reserve the right to prioritize or limit support based on plan level. Maintenance may require temporary downtime. We strive to communicate major outages or scheduled maintenance in advance when possible.
11. Service Availability
While we aim to deliver reliable uptime, uninterrupted service cannot be guaranteed. We are not liable for outages, downtime, or interruptions caused by:

- Third-party providers

No refunds will be issued for accounts terminated due to violations.
